Map making

The geography of Bible times comes to light as students in the Translator Training Course (TTC) build three dimensional maps of Israel. These students from the Ono language group view the maps found in reference books as they build, not only a a relief map of the area but a better understanding of the texts they have been studying. Ono is fortunate. They already have a New Testament and are now actively working on an Old Testament translation.  Pray for continued understanding that leads to better translation of this project and for others throughout Papua New Guinea.
