Sugarcane, bananas, pineapple, cabbage, celery, taro, yams, papaya, peanuts… and of course carrots, framed the entryway to the new building. What’s going on? A second classroom/administration building at the Ukarumpa Training Centre was dedicated last week… Papua New Guinea style! This new building will enhance the great training that is already occurring on this beautiful campus. Having the additional classroom space will provide another training venue that will allow students from all over Papua New Guinea to learn in a more focused environment. The previous administration area was a storage area. Now teachers and administrators have a proper space to prepare for classes and schedule events. Pray that God’s blessing would be on the Training Centre as it assists Papua New Guineans as they learn more about translation and language development. Pray as the Training Centre is used for other large events that it would be a blessing to many.
