We like to see things completed. Its human nature. The sense of completion makes us feel satisfied but in reality, most work is never finished. So when milestones occur, it is indeed a good time to celebrate. The Kandawo people, a language group in Papua New Guinea have been working for many years on a project in their language. Earlier this month, this masterpiece, the Kandawo New Testament, was dedicated with a great celebration. But the job is not finished, the translation team would like to have the Old testament as well. The Kandawo people also want to see the impact of the Scriptures to spread throughout the region and are beginning to plan ways to make that happen. So in many ways, this masterpiece is truly, unfinished. Pray for the Kandawo people as they work towards a completed masterpiece.
