Into the night

Into the night
Into the night

Papua New Guineans in rural settings look forward to the end of the day. Many have worked hard in their gardens, building houses or doing many of the required activities that come with a subsistence lifestyle. As the sun sets and the night falls, it’s their opportunity to talk about deeper issues and strengthen relationships. Translators often use this time to learn more about the culture and language they are working in, in order to provide Scriptures that are relevant and usable. Pray that the translators will have patience and recognise the value of these times.
